ADP and Al-Nahda Group signed MOU of Al-Ghubbarah Project at Al-Nahada Group office in Muscat Oman on 30 May 2023. The Al-Ghabra project is the most valuable infrastructure project and will be develop in Al-Ghubbrah Muscat. The initial estimation of the project is approximately one hundred and ten million Euro (110,000,000.00 Euro). The project Designing and administrative work will be completed until 30 Oct 2023 and the project will be start at 31 January 2024. The construction work of the project will be complete until 2027 Jun. 60% of Project Designing is already completed accoding to vry high standards under full monitoring of Al-Nahda Group Experts.
The Al-Ghubbarah City Complex Project is designed in 117,700 m2 having 3 Phases contain by 3 Star, 4 Star and 5 Star Hotels, shopping mall, best designed residentials villas, Office Building, International School, the best area of restaurants and charming area is designed for tourism as well. This sustainable project will be designed and constructed by very well-known and expert company (Al-Nahda Group) and the project will be fund by ADP.
