(For Ministries, Agencies, Chambers, Companies, and Development Organizations)
To eliminate recurring misunderstandings and to ensure full institutional clarity, this formal notice is hereby issued.
Over recent months, various respected ministries, governmental departments, private-sector entities, and development organizations have repeatedly inquired through official correspondence about the financial capacity of PPP Union members, or whether membership in the PPP Union grants access to specific budgets or financial allocations.
This notice provides the definitive clarification.
1. PPP Union Does Not Provide Budgets or Financial Allocations
PPP Union does not grant, distribute, or allocate any form of budget, funding, or financial resources to any member or institution. The Union’s mandate is non-financial. Instead, PPP Union provides legal guidance, technical advisory, international PPP methodologies, compliance frameworks, access pathways to global grant mechanisms (not loans or financing), and capacity-building aligned with SDG‑17.
2. Definition of “Green Member”
A Green Member is an individual or institution whose identity, address, documentation, and background have been fully verified by the Union. They have no involvement in political, military, discriminatory, or prohibited activities. They are newly admitted and actively engaged in learning PPP methodologies and participating in training programs.
3. Definition of “Golden Member”
A Golden Member has successfully completed all required PPP methodologies, demonstrated competence in practical facilitation services, passed full compliance verification, and has no legal objections. Their professional track record is approximately 2–3 years.
4. Definition of “VIP Member”
A VIP Member is an elite, long-standing, fully trained member with extensive professional history, verified administrative, financial, and operational capacity, transparent office and staff, and monthly activity reporting. They represent the highest level of trust and compliance within the Union.
5. Legal Disclaimer
Criminal acts committed by any individual whether intentional, negligent, or organizational are the sole responsibility of that individual or entity. PPP Union does not support or protect any member involved in unlawful activities and does not assume liability for personal misconduct. Membership categories reflect due diligence at the time of verification. If any member is later found involved in illegal activities, PPP Union will immediately suspend or terminate membership and notify relevant stakeholders.
6. Complaints and Reporting Mechanism
All website visitors, clients, and partner institutions may submit formal complaints regarding any PPP Union member. A valid complaint must clearly state “Complaint regarding Member X” and include documented evidence of financial misconduct, illegal activities, or breach of obligations. Substantiated complaints will receive immediate action. False accusations, defamation, or commercial sabotage are legal offenses and may result in legal proceedings.
