PPP Union Policy means this official statement of values, beliefs, principles, or process, Conditions, Notifications, Guidelines of the PPP Union as written below for both members and countries to protect all members and countries from any risk, misunderstanding and provide them a real guideline about Public Private Partnership to skill the members for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),
2- PURPOSE, OBJECTIVE AND BACKGROUND
I. The Policy of the PPP Union is prepared in the context of ongoing reforms and the strategic agenda driven by the PPP Union, UNECE and in the respect of PPP Laws of PPP member countries. This Policy will be implemented in line with PPP Union endorsement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and its subject(s) and PPP sector policies.
II. This Policy is to establish the direction to help PPP members and countries to improve skills governance and the design of both Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs and adult learning systems that are responsive to changing skill needs. It supports policymakers through better evidence on the skills of adults and employer needs as well as through advice on good policy practices.
III. The Policy will enable streamlining of PPP operations as well as associated non-sovereign infrastructure financing operations, advisory and capacity building, resource mobilization, awareness creation, and promotion of Islamic finance for infrastructure development in non-Sanctioned Muslim countries as well. The Policy focuses on increasing support to PPP members countries and will be aligned with the unique perspectives of project funding. The PPP Union supports its members to socio-economic development goals, policies, and strategies.
IV. The PPP Union is in unity with multilateral development financial institution and investors in PPP sustainable Development Project(s) about a considerable funding space to meet PPP infrastructure needs. The gap is broader for low to medium income members countries which trust on PPP Union top members support and private sector to fill the PPP sustainable project(s) funding gap.
V. To provide trustworthy knowledge, information, and Guidelines PPP Platform for Global PPP practitioners to enhance the Alternative Development Program and acknowledge the members about PPP projects in members countries.
VI. PPP Union strictly adheres to its commitments as per as per this Policy to provide full transparency, honesty, integrity, and Lawful services to its members.
The PPP Union and its members believe that the world is our common home for human beings, the common home is suffering without peace, and the Economic & Social injustice are the fundamental enemies of Peace. All members of PPP Union are strictly responsible to respect humanity, service for our common home, protect it from suffering and follow the policies of the PPP Union.
3- Membership Eligibility Policy
I. All European and non-sanctioned Asian Countries can apply for membership and share their PPP project(s) who looking for PPP expert and qualified PPP facilitators.
II. THE PRIVATE PPP SERVICE PROVIDERS COMPANIES OR PPP EXPERTS MUST FULFILL THE BELOW CRITERIA.
a) PPP Union Membership application forms,
b) Registered and valued License,
c) KYC/CIS Confirmable
d) Correct physical address,
e) Shareholders Identity documents,
f) Minimum 7 years’ experience in business,
g) Audit of last three years,
h) Minimum 10 million Euro capability,
i) Physical office and Proof of address,
j) NOC from Local Polic,
k) NOC form Local Chamber of Commerce,
l) Executive summary of the company,
m) Past performance (completed project list),
n) The applicant should not involve in any criminal or illegal activities,
o) The applicant should not be involved in spying for any public agency.
p) The applicant must agree and adhere to the PPP Union Policy.
q) The applicant must have clean clear history form any fraud and scam.
r) The applicant should not relate direct or indirect to the military or any intelligent Agency.
III. CRITERIA FOR PRIVATE ENTITIES WHO ARE LOOKING FOR PPP UNION SERVICES OR PPP COMPANY.
1) PPP Union Membership application forms,
2) Registered and valued License,
3) KYC/CIS Confirmable
4) Correct physical address,
5) Shareholders Identity documents,
6) Minimum 1 million Euro capability, (for 10 million Funding)
7) Physical office and Proof of address,
8) NOC from Local Polic,
9) NOC form Local Chamber of Commerce,
10) Executive summary of the company,
11) Full package of the Project documents
12) The Project must be PPP origin social project,
13) Past performance (completed project list),
14) The applicant should not involve in any criminal or illegal activities,
15) The applicant should not be involved in spying for any public agency.
16) The applicant must agree and adhere to the PPP Union Policy.
17) The applicant must have clean clear history form any fraud and scam.
18) The applicant should not relate direct or indirect to the military or any intelligent Agency.
(4)-PROHIBITED,
4.1) Any member cannot ask for any down payment or charges for and behalf of PPP Union,
4.2) All those project(s) which are dangerous for ecology are not acceptable,
4.3) All political Military projects are not acceptable,
4.4) All explosive chemical project(s) are not acceptable,
4.5) Any Ethnicism, ethnic prejudices and religious prejudices projects are not acceptable,
4.6) Any completed project sale purchase funding is not allowed,
4.7) Any project(s) of spy origin Agent or Agency is not acceptable,
PPP Union use this information solely for statistical assistance, protection of all members from scam and fraud and monitoring purposes and to help us identify which services are most or least interesting to our visitors, as well as identifying website performance.
We may use our own portal; own software and we are trying our best to protect the whole data of each member.
7- SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
PPP Union has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security. PPP Union is an online Platform for unification of PPP project(s) owners who are looking for PPP system project funding, well known PPP Experts, investors, and PPP Facilitators.
